You'll learn how to structure the walkthrough so you're listening deeply, gathering the truth about the property and the seller's motivation, and setting the stage for the 30-day plan. A prepared seller makes better decisions under pressure — and that starts here.

Week 3

Pricing & Market Shifts

This is where most agents lose. I teach dual pricing strategies — with and without repairs — based on real-time market indicators, not just comps from 90 days ago. You'll learn to read active competition, absorption rates, price per square foot, buyer demand trends, and how to have the pricing conversation with confidence instead of fear.

The First 10 Days Strategy

This is the most important week of the program. The first 10 days of a listing determine the final outcome. I teach you how to engineer momentum — professional videography strategy, property storytelling that targets the right buyer, launch tactics that create urgency, and what to do if the market doesn't respond immediately. This is where the 'sold in 30 days' system comes to life.

Marketing & Branding
